If you are currently a participant in a benefit administered by P.R.I.M.E., and have not previously logged onto our new claims web site, you must first have a "PBSID" number, which can be obtained from your benefits, payroll, or HR manager. Once you have your PBSID number, then left-click on the button “Check Benefits” on the darker bar beneath the blue banner. Your "ID" can be any ID you choose. Likewise, your "password" can be any password you choose. For additional privacy, this site will ask you for your "BDID," which stands for Birthdate ID. Your BDID is your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format "connected" to the last four digits of your social security number. So if you were born on March 3, 1966, and the last four digits of your SSN is 5347, then your BDID is 030319665347. Be sure to use zeros if appropriate.
Once you have registered, and later you wish to re-enter the protected claims portion of the site, you will not need your PBSID. Rather you will only need to enter your ID, password, and BDID. If you have any trouble with access, please contact Bob Hanna at PRIME. His e-mail address is Bhanna@primebenefitsystems.com.
Please click on the "About Us" button to read a brief overview of PRIME since our incorporation in 1988, and the philosophy that drives us.
Our Products and Services page offers a sketch of each of the administrative categories that we excel in.
If you have questions or would simply like to visit with us, please click on the "Contact Us" button to learn how easy it is to communicate with us. Likewise, if you only want to receive electronic versions of our often used forms, click on Forms, select the form you need (which will be in Adobe PDF format), which means you can print the form off your local printer. If you need a form which is specific to your employer, then for security purposes, we will ask that you e-mail Bob Hanna, and we will be happy to comply.
The other pages of our site will be a matter of on-going "construction. We hope you will find the completed site a useful tool as you seek to understand your group benefits.
